Description

Octopus was everywhere in CDMX — it may not be coastal, but they really know how to prepare it! In the upper left is hoja santa, a traditional dish involving a giant leaf stuffed with cheese. And I'm pretty sure the final dish on the right was ravioli with huitlacoche (corn fungus).
