Chiles en Nogada

We had this dish at Azul in Condesa. It's a seasonal autumn dish made of a pepper stuffed with meat, spices, and fruit, served with a walnut sauce and pomegranate seeds (the green, white, and red is patriotic). Interesting mix of flavors.
